From our family to yours… we’re sharing our favorite holiday recipes!
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- Pie crust (I use deep dish 9 inch)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Whisk together sugar and cocoa powder
Add eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, salt, and butter. Mix well and pour into the pie crust
Bake for 45 minutes. Let pie set and cool completely before serving. I garnish with mini chocolate chips and whipped cream. Christmas calories don’t count!
